The grounds of the Johnson Community Hospital came alive with laughter, music, and community spirit on Saturday, 4th July, as the Friends of Johnson Community Hospital hosted their annual Summer Fayre. Thanks to the overwhelming generosity and support of local residents, the event successfully raised a fantastic £851.39 to support the hospital.
- Pinchbeck WI, who kept everyone smiling with a delicious selection of homemade cakes.
-
Tollgate WI, who ran the ever-popular tombola.
- The Spalding Lions, who brought fun for all the family with their fantastic array of games.
-
The Inner Wheel, who successfully coordinated their popular bottle stall.
- Blossoms Bees, Honey & Bee Products, who joined the festivities and generously made a donation to the charity.
- Jackalope Coffee, who kept visitors beautifully refreshed throughout the afternoon.
The Friends’ own dedicated members were out in full force, running a Branded Items Stall, a Craft Stall, a Raffle, and the delightful “Name the Teddy” contest.
However, the undisputed stars of the Fayre were the talented members of the Spalding Community Choir, who captivated the crowds and provided a brilliant, uplifting soundtrack to a wonderful afternoon.
