The Friends were recently approached to see if we could donate towards the purchase of baubles for the hospital’s Christmas tree. We were only too pleased to help, and it has been wonderful to see the tree now beautifully adorned in the reception area.
Visiting the hospital at any time of year can be difficult, and we hope that the warmth and sparkle of the tree will bring a little joy and comfort to patients, visitors, and staff during the festive season.
Of course, gestures like this are only possible thanks to the generosity of our local community. Your support enables the Friends to continue helping the hospital in ways – large and small -that make a real difference.
Christmas is a time of giving, and we hope our donation helps to share a little of the season’s joy with everyone who passes through the hospital doors.
