The Friends of Johnson Community Hospital recently visited the hospital’s peaceful garden — a beautiful, quiet space offering comfort and calm to patients, families, and visitors alike.
We are honoured to have made a donation towards the recent planting of a tree, together with a plaque, within the garden, now quietly growing in memory of Nurse Teresa Sheriff. Nurse Sheriff played a key role in the early days of Johnson Community Hospital, particularly in the establishment of the Blood and Eye Clinics, which continue to serve our community today.
This tree is a gentle tribute to a nurse whose legacy continues to touch lives. A place for reflection, remembrance, and peace.
